It's 2009 - The Year of No Bitchassness

Ok fellas... I haven't even started the program. Here are my 2008 Excuses so that you guys can check up on me and make sure I'm not slackin:

  1. In 2008, I had 16 credits and a job... no time. In 2009, I'm taking less classes and cutting the B.S. out of my schedule.
  2. In 2008, I discovered I need hernia surgery (minor ... yet I still was able to 'workout' in the bed). In 2009, I'm gonna get patched up ASAP, and in the meantime, will modify the workout program to not cause any problems.
  3. In 2008, I thought my place was too small to do a workout in (Brooklyn Studio), but now that I watched the discs on New Year's Day '09, I see that this is doable.
Next, can someone put me on to where to get the Nutrition Plan? I looked online, and didn't come across it. Is this a booklet that we should buy, download, what?
