So, Because I'm traveling I'm doing a modified workout. Rather than doing the weight portion of the p90x routine I'm incorporating the perfect pushup routine. Here is how my schedule is going now.
Monday: Perfect Pushup Routine @ 50 reps (30,16,12 standard - 30,16,12 wide - 30,16,12 close) + Ab Ripper X
Tuesday: Plyometrics
Wednesday: Perfect Pushup routine @ 50 reps + Ab Ripper X
Thursday: Kenpo X
Friday: Perfect Pushup routine @ 50 reps + Ab Ripper X
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

Before Shots S. Royston 230 lbs-- What's the latest????
Just trying to see where you guys are on the P90X tryouts? I have been able to keep up with the workouts the last 3 weeks, though the diet part eludes me. Admittly this has been easier for me as I work out of my brother's gym, so I have full access to everything here.
Also I am finally getting around to posting my before shots. These are taken on day 1 for me, Nov 25th. Goal weight is 200 lbs.
