So, Because I'm traveling I'm doing a modified workout. Rather than doing the weight portion of the p90x routine I'm incorporating the perfect pushup routine. Here is how my schedule is going now.
Monday: Perfect Pushup Routine @ 50 reps (30,16,12 standard - 30,16,12 wide - 30,16,12 close) + Ab Ripper X
Tuesday: Plyometrics
Wednesday: Perfect Pushup routine @ 50 reps + Ab Ripper X
Thursday: Kenpo X
Friday: Perfect Pushup routine @ 50 reps + Ab Ripper X
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

Sounds good man.
Honestly that sounds like too much chest work. More than two days a week on one specific area may cause injury. Maybe you want to throw the cardio routine in there instead for Fri? Or the core sy one?
I think you should do the following:
36 diamond cutters or semi wide grip since you do want to hit your triceps to a certain degree
If youre doing wide grip for the first 36, then the next sixteen should be diamond cutters
The last 12 should be going down increments of four seconds and down in four seconds for maximum effort on the negative.
That's just me though
I was behind on the chest and plyometrics but now I'm going to pop in that disc and give that workout a try!
