Gentlemen,
Can we get a progress report on how everyone is making out with the P90X? Also is anyone taking additional supplements besides protein, such as an amino acid like L Taurine (which is Creadrive).?
A review of this product will come later on in the week.

It's 2009 - The Year of No Bitchassness
Ok fellas... I haven't even started the program. Here are my 2008 Excuses so that you guys can check up on me and make sure I'm not slackin:
- In 2008, I had 16 credits and a job... no time. In 2009, I'm taking less classes and cutting the B.S. out of my schedule.
- In 2008, I discovered I need hernia surgery (minor ... yet I still was able to 'workout' in the bed). In 2009, I'm gonna get patched up ASAP, and in the meantime, will modify the workout program to not cause any problems.
- In 2008, I thought my place was too small to do a workout in (Brooklyn Studio), but now that I watched the discs on New Year's Day '09, I see that this is doable.

Traveling: Modified Workout
So, Because I'm traveling I'm doing a modified workout. Rather than doing the weight portion of the p90x routine I'm incorporating the perfect pushup routine. Here is how my schedule is going now.
Monday: Perfect Pushup Routine @ 50 reps (30,16,12 standard - 30,16,12 wide - 30,16,12 close) + Ab Ripper X
Tuesday: Plyometrics
Wednesday: Perfect Pushup routine @ 50 reps + Ab Ripper X
Thursday: Kenpo X
Friday: Perfect Pushup routine @ 50 reps + Ab Ripper X
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

Before Shots S. Royston 230 lbs-- What's the latest????
Just trying to see where you guys are on the P90X tryouts? I have been able to keep up with the workouts the last 3 weeks, though the diet part eludes me. Admittly this has been easier for me as I work out of my brother's gym, so I have full access to everything here.
Also I am finally getting around to posting my before shots. These are taken on day 1 for me, Nov 25th. Goal weight is 200 lbs.

P90X Classic?
Are most of us doing or attempting to do the Classic plan? If so, I'll change the schedule that sits to the right and make it the Classic while still doing the lean on the side. This site is for the majority, and if thats what the majority wants, then thats how it'll be.
