P90X Classic?

Are most of us doing or attempting to do the Classic plan? If so, I'll change the schedule that sits to the right and make it the Classic while still doing the lean on the side. This site is for the majority, and if thats what the majority wants, then thats how it'll be.

Also, Hero and I are the only ones making original posts on here.

I just got the DVD's from AK, so I am in on this too now. I promise no shit talking this time around. And no references to the Bolshevik revolution either.

I don't know how these plans go, so Classic or otherwise, as long as I am working my core, I'm good. I image this is designed for us to change up the 6 or 7 program we use a week if we get tried of a certain line up.

I started with the line up to the right. If there is something else that is better to help me get rid of my gut then let me know. Otherwise, I'll keep doing this.

Nah, the one on the right is to lean up prior to doing the classic workout to build new muscle. You're good. What did you think of the first workout?

I cant even do the chest and back or the plyometrics because I have a disc that's malfunctioning.... BOOOOOOOOOOO

Yeah, leaning up is what I need to due. I am muscular enough.

The first 2 workout, core and cardio X, weren't bad at all, a lot like the workout I used to do with my trainer in Atlanta. I have to disclose that my computers DVD player mulfunctioned with 15 min left on the core, so I just did about 15 mins of abs to finish up.

I think things will change when I get the weights involved.
