I was beat after the shoulder and arms workout along with the Ab Ripper but I couldnt even 12-15 reps with the shoulder and arms because I was using 30lb weights. The sad thing is that everyone else was using 25 lb weights which is why I was hurting (only after perfroming 8-10 reps per set) throughout the workout (it definitely doesnt help that I was doing supersets as well).
I'll finish up this week and then go to the P90X Classic..
Shoulder and Arms was rough...i need to get more weight. I only have dumbbells that go up to 25lbs, definitely need some up to 40 for the chest and back workout.

I'm not doing the P90X Classic, but some of the workouts are the same. The shoulder and arms was hard to complete, so many reps. Its still good.
